Minister Joanne Banks is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ who has faithfully served in ministry for over five decades. She currently serves as the Co-Founder of On-Time Gospel Fellowship Ministries (OTGF) in Hollywood, South Carolina, alongside her husband, Minister Jethro Banks, Founder of OTGF.

Since her new birth in Christ in 1974, Minister Banks has remained committed to encouraging unity within the body of Christ and helping believers grow in biblical understanding through sound, contextual teaching of Scripture. Her ministry emphasizes spiritual growth, maturity in the faith, and wholehearted allegiance to Jesus Christ.

After years of faithfully serving in ministry and submitting to spiritual leadership, Minister Banks came to recognize both unresolved brokenness within the body of believers and areas in her own spiritual foundation that required deeper grounding in God’s Word. Through a renewed commitment to Scripture and a sincere desire for biblical truth, she developed a deep passion for “rightly dividing the Word of truth” and encouraging others to do the same.

Her messages are marked by biblical clarity, prophetic understanding, and a reverence for the authority and continuity of God’s eternal Word. This burden to help believers understand God’s prophetic plan and remain firmly grounded in Scripture led to the writing of her book, From Eternity to Eternity: God’s Divine Timeline.

From that foundational work, the Companion Workbook and the Leader’s Guide were developed to provide deeper study, guided reflection, discussion support, and structured teaching tools for individuals, teachers, and facilitators. Her writings reflect a desire to help the Church approach biblical prophecy thoughtfully, prayerfully, and with spiritual discernment rooted in Scripture.

Beyond ministry, Minister Banks is the wife of Jethro Banks, mother of two daughters, and grandmother of three granddaughters. In her professional career, she served for 35 years as a Federal Civil Servant as a Contracting Officer. She also holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Business.
