Joanne Holloway Banks is the Co-Founder of On-Time Gospel Fellowship (OTGF) Ministries, located in Hollywood, SC. She is a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, Bible teacher, and author committed to helping believers understand God’s redemptive plan as revealed through Scripture.
